Dear Seshadri ji Greeting! I am so lucky to be part of the extremely great session today on Stress Management.

We had a very good experience here. We learnt to review ourselves. We admire the beautiful nature here and the activities were very interesting and useful.

There are certain things that are difficult to be described by a language, in our case English. 26 Alphabets are too small to describe it. NALS experience is one such. As I put my pen to power now, to write about NALS, I feel it inside me. A Big thanks to a great Time.
