The training programme really helped me to overcome my fear and it helped me a lot to gain self confidence. It could be better if I could stay here for a few more days...

It was very fun, exciting, adventurous etc. It was a very interesting experience. I had so much fun. The group was very helping and took care of us well. I would like to come to this place again and do the activities.
