For me friend is not a normal word, it is a very important concept of life.

The training programme really helped me to overcome my fear and it helped me a lot to gain self confidence. It could be better if I could stay here for a few more days...

I enjoyed the day. Rock climbing was great. Rope walking was out of this world.
