Responsibilities
- This is an exciting and challenging field to work and remain fit / healthy.
- Training in Rock Climbing and rope course management will be provided by NALS
- Candidate will manage adventure activities such as high rope course and wall climbing
- Provide safety for self and guests
- Guide and motivate climbers on adventure activities
- Manage and maintain adventure equipment and infrastructure
- Inventory Management, Team Work, Learn languages, etc
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Diploma / Graduate in any field (DEEE will get higher preference)
- Freshers and people with a maximum of 1 year experience may apply.
- Persons who smoke or consume Alcohol - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
- Candidates must be fit and have passion for the Tough Outdoor life
- Fitness and fear management is an important aspect of this job profile
Pay & Compensation
- One month Internship with Rs. 3000 stipend and full boarding
- After successful completion of internship, Rs. 2.1 lacs CTC which includes salary, accommodation and meal allowances
Responsibilities
- NALS is in the field of OBT and mountaineering since 2008 and has received 32,000 visitors for various programs.
- NALS offers FREE adventure internship for a period of 28 days that includes training with superior safety equipment and qualified trainers.
- In order to improve self confidence and fitness, we are offering a LIMITED TIME opportunity for UNEMPLOYED YOUTH from ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD sections. - Candidates will be staying at our Manjacombai or Coimbatore premises during the internship.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Age must be below 22 years
- Candidates with arrears are also welcome to apply.
- Candidate must be physically fit and able to withstand a very demanding outdoor schedule.
- Clean habits - no smoking and drinking
Pay & Compensation
- Stipend Rs. 3000 per month.
- NALS will provide vegetarian meals and accommodation during the internship.
- Experience certificate will be provided after completion of the internship.
- NALS may offer employment for deserving candidates after completion of the internship.
- Candidate may be asked to leave the internship at any time, if behaviour / habits are inappropriate or if local shutdown is announced.
- Candidates can leave the internship at any time, if they find a suitable job of their interest
- Candidate will make own arrangements for travel to and from NALS campus
