It was a wonderful, fun filled 2 days of stay @ NALS. The activities are well organised, conducted in a very professional way by Lt. Seshadri and his team.

The training programme really helped me to overcome my fear and it helped me a lot to gain self confidence. It could be better if I could stay here for a few more days...

I enjoyed a lot in this training, this training is a combination of the fun and learning, this is very much useful for the life, this training show how to overcome the fear, this is very useful.
